Solar Tracker Parks are ideal for large open land areas with stable soil and enough space to avoid shading between rows. HeilAres has built Solar Tracker Parks in both Estonia and Latvia, including the 244 MW Risti Solar Tracker Park in Estonia and the Lielvarde Solar Tracker Park in Latvia.

Higher yield means faster payback and a better production profile across the day, which is especially valuable during peak electricity spot prices.

Ground-mount parks are ideal for agricultural land, brownfield sites and industrial plots with enough open area to install panels at the optimal tilt. HeilAres handles the installation — foundations, mounting structures, and panel and inverter installation.

We deliver installations from a few MW up to hundreds of MW. Ground-mount parks installed with the HeilAres team include the 76 MW Kirikmäe park in Estonia and the 72.5 MW Stelpe park in Latvia. We only work with Tier-1 panel and inverter manufacturers to guarantee long-term yield and reliability.

The strengths of a ground-mount park are easy maintenance, high yield and flexible scalability.

Rooftop parks suit both flat and pitched roofs — trapezoidal sheet, sandwich panel, bitumen and membrane roofs. Every project starts with a structural assessment to confirm the roof can safely carry the additional weight of panels and mounting structures.

A rooftop park significantly reduces a company's electricity costs and CO2 footprint by using otherwise unused surface. On larger industrial buildings, rooftop capacity can reach several megawatts.
